Much too often words used to tempt all those of us who desire a healthy body. Weight must be lost at all costs. What costs though? To acquire beauty, endurance, well-being, yes, but not to sacrifice our health. The foundation stone for health, an attractive appearance and a well-functioning body is eating correctly.Our health must always be the beginning and the end of a slimming diet. The corner stone of the cycle overweight – diet – slimming is the science of nutrition. The only person able and qualified to help us is a specialized dietician. Magazine articles or a friend’s ideal diet with all that that entails are neither safe nor effective and most importantly they don’t last.
