The nutrition programmes at Metabolism, as opposed to tiring diets, are all about changing your eating habits. They can be easily adapted to your daily needs, with respect to your schedule, environment (working or otherwise) and your present habits. The aim of the programmes is help you adapt to new eating habits.Slimming as in slimming centres means a very strict and non-flexible programme, which if you cannot adapt to, you are forced to give up, losing of course the money you have paid. Weight management combines present-day scientific knowledge with your own active participation, so that the management programme can be adapted to your habits, working hours and family life. Because just like our fingerprints, so our constitutions differ from person to person.
